Demands 🔒 We have launched Reserved Demands. Click the padlock in the top-left corner of a new Demand to make it private between you and the recipient 👥. We are testing with the technical team; soon it will be possible to add or remove people from the conversation ✅

Team Assignment 👥 As MediRec does not have direct access to the micro-area, it offers a manual assignment mechanism in all records 🏷️. Last week, we ensured that once defined in one place, this relationship now applies everywhere and in automations ✅

SER 🩹 Last week, SER worsened again 😬. The platform's login mechanism changed 🔑 and we dedicated a few days to adapt. Last week's issues should be resolved ✅ — or almost all of them 😇. Which, unfortunately, does not mean that SER's problems are over.
